Horseheads Medical Center, near Route 17 (Interstate 86).
From Elmira and Points South.
Take Route 14 north. Go under Route 17. Continue on Route 14 north 1.5 miles. Turn left at Horseheads Medical
Center, just before T-section.
From Elmira and Points East. Take Route 17
west. Take exit 52N. Make right onto Route 14 north. Continue 1.4 miles. Turn left at Horseheads Medical
Center, just before T-section.
From Corning and Points West. Take Route 17
east. Take exit 52N. Make right onto Route 14 north. Continue 1.4 miles. Turn left at the Horseheads
Medical Center, just before T-section.
From Watkins Glen. Take Route 14 south.
Make immediate right at traffic light just beyond Bethany Manor. Take next right into the Horseheads Medical Center.
