Our cutting edge physical therapy treatment includes the following:
Protonics. We were the first therapy group in the Southern Tier to offer the Protonics Neuromuscular Repositioning
System, which is used in treating a variety of chronic muscluoskeltal pain issues, including knee, hip, SI joint and low back
pain. Our therapists Michal Niedzielski and Joyce Wasserman have trained with noted therapist Ron Hruska, who invented the
Protonics System.
Anodyne Therapy. We were the first therapy group in the Southern Tier to offer Anodyne Monochromatic Infared Therapy, which has proven highly
beneficial in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy pain. Anodyne Therapy can increase blood circulation and speed the healing
of wounds.
Therasuit.The TheraSuit is used in treating patients with cerebral palsy, developmental delays or residuals from strokes and traumatic
brain injuries. It was originally developed as part of the Russian space program to reduce the effects of zero gravity on
neuromuscular systems. Our center is one of just two in the United States using the TheraSuit in the treatment of adults.

Dizziness (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo). Debris can collect in the inner ear which can lead to debilitating dizziness. This condition, known as Benign Paroxysmal
Positional Vertigo, can be treated without medication by "Epley's Maneuver," a series of physical therapy treatments which
can cure such vertigo.
